What forms of payment are accepted

Services at this time are available through private payment options, which can be set up in monthly installments, or there is a prompt pay discount if deciding to pay in full for a program. We accept checks, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. To reserve your place, payment for services must be completed prior to any start date. I'm here to help! If you require a customized payment plan due to financial difficulties, please feel free to contact me.

What is a Registered Dietitian?

A Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is a food and nutrition expert who has met specific education and criteria prior to licensure. They practice using evidenced based methods, provide nutrition education and counseling, as well as medical nutrition therapy to treat and manage disease.

To be a Registered Dietitian you must:

  • Complete a minimum of a bachelor’s degree at a US regionally accredited university or college.

  • Complete an accredited supervised practice program at a minimum of 1200 hours 

  • Pass a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

  • Complete continuing professional educational to maintain registration.

Will my health insurance cover Registered Dietitian services?

Most insurances cover nutrition services. You are welcome to submit your costs with me to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Call the number on the back on your insurance card to ask about their reimbursement process and I will be happy to provide you with any necessary information.

Do you offer one time appointments or consults?

I provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for anyone interested in discussing services before making a decision. While I'm open to meeting for a one-time appointment, I highly recommend the Nourish 4 Fertility Program for optimal nutrition and lasting results. Please reach out to me directly to ask about single appointments or follow-ups after completing your program.
